Over the last decade, we’ve set up over 50 franchisees with a support package we know works. We’re extremely proud of the training and support we offer and it’s one of the reasons we’re a bfa award-winning franchise.
Did you know that we are the only pet care franchise to have a vet nurse and solicitor on the team? Together with all the marketing, financial and practical training you receive, you can launch your new business with confidence.
We also lead the way when it comes to training and qualifications. The pet care industry is not regulated but we don’t believe that’s good enough so we regulate ourselves with only the best providers – City & Guilds for dog walking and pet sitting qualifications and Wiltshire College for animal care training. With us, you will receive practical hands-on training, as well as online learning.
Our franchisees come from a huge variety of careers, some have business experience but many don’t. With guidance from our WLP business, marketing and finance teams, you will have all the tools you need to hit the ground running. Not to mention a huge network of friendly franchisees who have done it all before that you can call upon for support.

We Love Training
We Love Training is our online pet care training hub which gets you started on all the training you need to become a pet care professional. We offer a range of subjects across different levels, including City & Guilds accredited courses in partnership with Wiltshire College and University Centre (an OFQUAL accredited training provider). Our courses are a mixture of online learning with practical, hands-on training delivered in Wiltshire or Norfolk.
Marketing
Marketing is a huge part of the support package we offer our franchisees. From branding and strategy to social media, local campaigns to online advertising and messaging to help you target new customers, our experts are always on hand to help.

Finance
Jodie is our Head Office accountant and brings three year’s experience working for one of the Big Four to WLP. Jodie is a qualified chartered accountant and helps franchisees with funding applications as well as helping them to manage their accounts and maximise their profits.

Legal
Nicola is the principal solicitor at Walker Rose Solicitors in London and also the go-to-solicitor for We Love Pets franchisees. Should you ever need legal advice, Nicola is available to offer her expertise and specific knowledge of WLP for free or a reduced fee to give you complete peace of mind.

Veterinary
Chelsey trained to be a vet nurse in Canada and moved to the UK in 2014. She’s worked as a vet nurse for ten years and is currently at a vet’s practice in Wiltshire as well as teaching vet nurse courses. Chelsey keeps us informed of veterinary issues and will help you with any medical questions or advice.
