What do you get?

We’ll work with you to map out an exclusive territory where your branch will operate. You’ll be given an area unique to you, with rights to trade. 

We’ve made it easy to get up and running! During your first year, we’ll cover: 

  • Your essential licence under We Love Pets for your territory.
  • A year’s worth of insurance to cover yourself, the pets and the public.
  • For your customers’ peace of mind, we’ll organise your Police Disclosure certificate.
  • Branded uniform items so you can represent We Love Pets on dog walks, customer visits, or just while out and about!
  • We’ll set up all of your social media pages ready for fun pet photos and general pup-dates from your branch. 

Our pet care standards are second to none so we always ensure that our franchisees and their staff are trained by the best in the business. 

Our award-winning franchise package includes unrivalled training provided in partnership with an OFQUAL accredited organisation.

We also offer a selection of online learning and support materials, including videos and training courses, through our learning management system, Novabright 

We want to help you get your name out in your community, so we provide various paid advertising services for your benefit. We use online media outlets, such as Facebook, Google, and other emerging platforms, and a free Google Ads campaign is included to give you maximum online exposure. 

Additionally, our in-house graphic design team are continuously creating printable and digital assets, like premium quality business cards and promotional leaflets designed and tailored for you and your branch. 

You won’t have to go it alone; our support network is second to none!

  • Hit the ground running with pre-established search engine optimisation (SEO) for your local area and relevent pet care terms.
  • Continuous maintenance of your branch area landing page through updated content and webpage health checks. 
  • Your online marketing will benefit from our national campaigns and we’ll help guide new customers to your branch.
  • We’ll help you recruit staff from the get-go with job adverts that we know will capture the right kind of candidates. 
  • Our franchise family is connected through an internal social platform, where you can ask questions and get advice from members of the network.

The best thing about innovative technology is that it can make our lives easier, here’s how we use it:

  • We use a custom-built Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to help our franchises manage enquiries and customer conversion in one easy place. 
  • Our network utilises a company-wide intranet and internal social platform for sharing workplace updates, as well as storing forms, links, documents, and assets.
  • Our tech team has created a dynamic website that is innovative in both design and function, using machine learning to measure and utilise data analytics.
  • And, each branch has its own individual webpage with optimised, local content that is continuously reviewed and updated by our team. 
  • Interactive online training courses developed by animal care professionals and delivered through our in-house learning management system, Novabright

Annual conference

Every year we host our annual conference which is a chance for franchisees, head office staff and industry experts to get together, learn and celebrate everything we have achieved together. We spend the day in fun, interactive workshops in sales, marketing, accounts and animal handling, along with plenty of networking and special franchisee awards given at the end.
